California’s confectioners met in Sacramento for two days of meetings and briefings with lawmakers and regulators to discuss key issues that impact businesses in the Golden State. California is one of the top confectionery manufacturing states in the country with nearly 22,000 employees. The event included a reception where legislators enjoyed some of California’s sweetest treats.
