Northbrook, IL — The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has named Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. to its national 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For list, according to the supplier. The flavor house also made the NABR’s list of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies.

The award recognizes trend-setting companies dedicated to their employees. Eligible firms are evaluated by an independent research firm based on categories including compensation, benefits and employee solutions; engagement and retention; education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement, recognition and enrichment; diversity and inclusion; and work-life balance, according to Bell.

“The Best and Brightest distinction means so much because it is a by-employees, for-employees process,” explains Jesse Finkelman, Bell’s human resource director. “As a daily practice, we recognize our employees and their go-the-extra-mile achievements and contributions, and they in turn recognize Bell.”
