Austin, TX — Better Sour has named Amir Zahedi chief sales officer, bringing the CPG sales veteran on board as the candy company expands its retail and hospitality presence. Zahedi will lead Better Sour’s sales organization and oversee distribution and revenue growth.
Zahedi, who most recently served as chief sales officer of Hawaiian Host Group, began his career in the confectionery industry with Mars and later helped lead sales for On The Border Chips & Dips through its sale to Utz Brands. His career also includes positions with Pinnacle Foods and Unilever.
