Ferrero Launches ‘Butterfinger Investigators’ Ad Campaign

New campaign launches with a Halloween promotion encouraging Butterfinger thieves (aka parents) to turn themselves in to the “BFI” for a cash reward

Parsippany, NJ — Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. is debuting “Butterfinger Investigators,” an ad campaign chronicling the humorous work of detectives searching for “Butterfinger-swiping perps,” the candymaker reports.

The ads, which include 15 and 30 second spots as well as longform webisodes on YouTube, follow Butterfinger investigators Hugh Dunnit and Ali Byes, played by Amir Arison and Alexandria Benfold, as they seek to find culprits behind missing candy bars, according to Ferrero.

As part of the campaign, Ferrero is hosting a “Turn Yourself In” sweepstakes, giving consumers the chance to win $25,000. Visitors to butterfingercasefiles.com can sign a digital “confession” and share it on social media to enter. Sweepstake submissions will be accepted until November 6.
