General Mills Partners With National Park Foundation On Sweepstakes


Minneapolis — General Mills, Inc.’s Nature Valley brand has revealed the Nature Valley Summer Sweepstakes in partnership with the National Park Foundation.

From May 15 until Aug 13, convenience store shoppers can enter for a chance to win one of 130 annual national park passes, with 10 passes awarded each week. 

The summer sweepstakes coincides with the launch of two new Nature Valley snacks: Dark Chocolate, Peanut & Almond Bars and Soft Baked Muffin Bars in blueberry and chocolate chip.  

“Summer is the perfect season to enjoy the beauty of our amazing national parks and the delicious flavors of Nature Valley, which has been fueling adventures and celebrating the natural world for 50 years,” says George DeGrella, vice-president of Sales at General Mills Convenience. “In addition to some great new flavors and bars, we are thrilled to support retailers as they encourage their customers to explore the great outdoors.” 

While no purchase is necessary, consumers are encouraged to purchase a Nature Valley  product to obtain a product code located on the back panel of the packaging. Customers can also complete and submit a registration form at
