Oakdale, CA — Sconza Chocolates has hired Bob Happel in the newly formed role of senior vice-president of sales and marketing, where he will oversee strategic planning and execution for the company’s branded, contract manufacturing and private label businesses.
Happel most recently served as vice-president and general manager of Cheryl’s Cookies, a 1-800-FLOWERS company and previously held the position of vice-president of business development and brand management for Fannie May Confections Brands, Inc.
