Hershey, PA. — The Hershey Co. ranks sixth on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. This recognition reflects an advancement over the past several years from number 33 in 2018.

Launched in 2001, the ranking is based on 2021 company-submitted data in six key areas: leadership accountability, human capital diversity metrics, talent programs, workforce practices, supplier diversity and philanthropy.
Hershey was also named in multiple DiversityInc’s Top Companies specialty lists, including: Top Companies for Asian American Executives, Top Companies for Black Executives and Top Companies for People with Disabilities (PWD).
