John Drehobl Appointed President Of Georgia Nut


Skokie, IL — John Drehobl has been named president of Georgia Nut Co., succeeding Rick Drehobl, who will remain as CEO until his retirement in the summer of 2025.

John joined the company in 2008, the first from the 4th generation to join the family business. He interned with operations, quality and other key areas before transitioning into sales and marketing and has spent the past 15 years leading customer relationships, most recently as chief sales officer.

John will now spearhead the company’s strategic growth plan. In the past three years, company reports it has invested more than $15 million in equipment s to drive efficiencies. More investment is planned in new technologies and additional scale to support continued growth.
