Petoskey, MI — Kilwins Quality Confections Inc, has named Kelli Schroeder chief development officer, succeeding Ron Galbreath, who is retiring.
Schroeder brings more than 15 years of franchise development experience, having led growth initiatives for brands across the U.S. and internationally. Most recently, she served as vice president of franchise development for Threshold Brands, where she oversaw expansion across a portfolio of 10 home service brands in the U.S. and Canada.

A Certified Franchise Executive, Schroeder has also held leadership positions with WellBiz Brands, Wingstop Restaurants International, Brinker International, and eXp World Holdings. She is also a multi-unit franchisee of Miracle Method, bringing firsthand experience as a franchise owner.
