Morinaga Adds Soda Pop Mix To Chewy Candy Line

Sip Into Summer With The New HI-CHEW™ Soda Pop Mix

Irvine, CA — Providing an “effervescent experience,” Morinaga America, Inc. is introducing Soda Pop Mix to its Hi-Chew brand, and is running a buy one get one for 50 percent off promotion exclusively on for the new chewy candy mix, the company reports.

The mix features cola and Ramune pieces, the latter of which is a soft drink from Japan with a tangy lemon-lime flavor, while the former is a take on traditional American sodas, according to the company.

“We are always looking to develop exciting new offerings within our growing Hi-Chew portfolio, and the introduction of Soda Pop, which celebrates global flavors from both the United States and Japan, was the perfect addition,” says Tatsuya Takamiya, chief marketing officer of Morinaga America. “With detailed research and experimentation, our flavor innovation team worked meticulously to mimic the nostalgic, fan-favorite flavors found within the new Soda Pop Mix.”

Available in 2.82-ounce peg bags, Hi-Chew Soda Pop Mix has a SRP of $2.59.
