Morinaga Partners With The Doughnut Project To Celebrate National Candy Month

Irvine, CA — Morinaga America, Inc. is celebrating National Candy Month through a partnership with New York City-based The Doughnut Project featuring the company’s Hi-Chew fruit chews in limited Strawberry Squeeze doughnuts that highlights the brand’s newest flavor, strawberry lemonade.

Taking inspiration from the new flavor, the limited-edition doughnuts feature a lemon curd and strawberry jam filling, with a Hi-Chew strawberry lemonade candy glaze, strawberry sugar and a lemon twist garnish.

In recognition of National Candy Month, the doughnuts will be available from Thursday, June 17 through Saturday, June 19 at The Doughnut Project’s West Village location. The first 10 customers to purchase a Strawberry Squeeze doughnut each day will also receive a Hi-Chew Fruit Combos standup pouch.
