PIM Adds Supply Chain, HR Executives

Park Ridge, NJ — PIM Brands, Inc. is expanding its Executive Leadership Team with the appointments of Philip Davis as chief supply chain officer and Matthew Prail as chief human resources officer.

In the role of chief supply chain officer, Davis will be based at the company’s Park Ridge headquarters with overall responsibility for all supply chain functions. He has more than 20 years of experience supporting growing companies and improving customer experience, previously serving as head of Americas supply chain and global supply chain optimization at Godiva Chocolatier.

Prail

He holds a Biological and Environmental Engineering degree from Cornell University with a minor in Operations Research and Management Science. He also holds an MBA from NYU Stern School in Finance and Strategy.

Prail brings a background in HR leadership roles at companies including Mars, Inc., Accenture and Kraft Foods to his new position as chief human resources officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University as well as a master’s degree in human resources management from Cornell University.
