Hormel Foods Corp. is expanding its Planters brand with a limited-time fall collection featuring new Maple Brown Sugar Almonds, returning Apple Cider Donut Cashews and an expanded Special Reserve peanut offering.

“Fall is known for its iconic flavors, making it a powerful moment for premium snacking that captures the nostalgia and comfort of the season,” says Patrick Horbas, marketing director for the Planters brand. “With new Maple Brown Sugar Almonds, the return of fan favorite Apple Cider Donut Cashews and the expansion of our Special Reserve collection, these Planters products are the go-to premium protein choice for fall.”

Apple Cider Donut Cashews feature kettle-roasted whole cashews combining apple and cinnamon flavors with the creamy texture and nutty taste of cashews. The returning seasonal variety comes in 13-ounce packages.

New Maple Brown Sugar Almonds feature roasted almonds with maple and brown sugar notes and a sweet, crunchy texture. The seasonal variety comes in 15.25-ounce packages.

The company is also expanding its Planters Special Reserve line with new 34-ounce shareable packages. The limited-quantity peanuts are sourced from a single Virginia grower and are small-batch roasted and hand salted.

Special Reserve Peanuts in 13-ounce packages are also returning for a third consecutive year.

“Planters Special Reserve continues to redefine expectations for what a peanut can be, delivering a premium experience that has resonated with consumers year after year, and we’re thrilled to bring it back for a third season,” says Gillian Lozak, associate brand manager for the Planters brand.

All of the seasonal offerings will be available for a limited time.
