Made with coconut oil, low-glycemic coconut sugar and almond milk, the cookie brittle comes in Coco Crispy Rice, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Nutty Chocolate Sea Salt, Chocolate Lovers Delight, White Chocolate Brownie and Crunchy Creamy Pretzel.
Company owner Sara Bibi says: “We are excited for the launch of our new Brooklyn Bites products because they are truly a labor of love that developed out of our passion for baking combined with our desire for a delicious yet healthy sweet treat.”
Bibi adds Brooklyn Bites has recently developed a savory line, which will debut at a later date.
With 110 calories or less per severing, Brooklyn Bites Cookie Brittles come in six-ounce packs that have a SRP of $5.99 and ship in six-ct cases.
