General Mills Previews New C-Store Products At NACS

General Mills, Inc previewed new products from a variety of its brands at the NACS Expo 2022.

Pillsbury brand Funfetti Popcorn is coated with Funfetti Glaze and features tiny rainbow-colored flecks. Each 2.25-ounce bag has an SRP of $2.29.

The company also introduced cereal-flavored popcorn, available in Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs flavors, earlier this year.

Also from General Mills are Old El Paso Fiesta Twists. Available in queso, zesty ranch and cinnamon churro, the twists pack in a two-ounce bag and carry an SRP of $2.19.

Available in two flavors — cookies & cream and peanut butter chocolate — King Size Chex Mix Bars feature a sweet foundation with sweet and salty mix-ins like Chex cereal, cookie pieces, pretzels and peanut butter chips.

“Our research shows consumers are seeking a larger bar size than what is sold in retail,” says Nick de Leon, associate brand manager for c-store at General Mills. “The new King Size Chex Mix Bars give consumers the bigger size they are looking for and gives retailers something new and different to bring some excitement to their treat bar shelf.”

Each 2.2-ounce bar has an SRP of $2.09.
