New from its FrischSchoggi, or “fresh chocolate,” line, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse is launching a variety of new vegan chocolates.
In addition to the already existing pure and select dark chocolate with fruit and nuts, Läderach’s vegan chocolates include cashew milk instead of dairy milk, coconut blossom sugar instead of sugar and no preservatives.
The organic quality coconut blossom sugar is sourced from Indonesia, the cashew milk from Vietnam and the cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana. Product innovation is led by World Chocolate Master Elias Läderach.
The collection features a specially marked “Vegan Taste Approved” packaging sticker and includes Creamy Cashew Tablets, pure vegan chocolate made with cashew milk and coconut blossom sugar, with an SRP of $10 and FrischSchoggi Vegan Cashew, roasted and caramelized whole cashew nuts mixed into pure vegan chocolate made with cashew milk. The product is available by weight and packs in a pouch combined with other Läderach vegan dark chocolate. It carries an SRP of $14.90 per quarter pound.
Also available is the FrischSchoggi Vegan Pouch Small, which includes Grand Cru 70%, almond dark, blackberry dark, cashew Vegan, orange-almond dark and pistachio dark. Each pack has an SRP of $32.85
The Creamy Cashew Vegan Popcorn features caramelized popcorn encased in vegan dark chocolate and creamy cashew and carries an SRP of $17.50.
