Läderach Chocolatier Suisse is releasing a limited-edition collection of artisanal chocolates for Spring and Easter.
The collection includes various chocolate rabbits including Bunny Cleo in milk chocolate, Grand Cru dark chocolate or raspberry white made with a combination of white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries, Bunny Lou in milk and dark chocolate and Bunny Rocher Milk and Dark, which are decorated with roasted, slivered almonds and adorned with a hand-tied ribbon. Also available are Pralines Cleo Milk and Dark featuring Hazelnut-gianduja covered with milk chocolate and decorated with a white chocolate Cleo. The dark chocolate variety includes truffle-filling with a ganache of 70% chocolate from Ecuador.
Along with the chocolate rabbits, Läderach also offers hazelnut FrischSchoggi eggs, large FrischSchoggi sticks in egg boxes and assorted little eggs, which come in three flavors — milk chocolate with rice crispies, white chocolate with strawberry and rice crispies and white chocolate with orange, mango and rice crispies all in 12-piece boxes.
