Country Archer Provisions is introducing three chef-created plant-based mushroom jerky varieties — BBQ, teriyaki and spiced bacon. Made with 100% King Oyster mushrooms the product is a clean label snack free from soy and artificial ingredients, low in fat and a source of fiber.
“Throughout the last 10 years that we have been crafting jerky, we’ve stayed committed to using only high-quality, responsibly sourced, real ingredients,” says co-founder and CEO Eugene Kang. “The new line continues our commitment to crafting real food to craft a better world, delivering a snack for flexitarians, curious carnivores and omnivores, meeting at the intersection of taste and real ingredients.”
The product was created in partnership with NYC executive chef and published author, Will Horowitz, who collaborated with Country Archer on its Zero Sugar Beef Jerky line.
The jerky is available in two-ounce packs with an SRP of $7.99.
