Purely Elizabeth Launches Cookie Granola

Purely Elizabeth, LLC, maker of granola and breakfast foods, is launching Cookie Granola, which marries the brand’s granola with its cookie recipe for a snackable granola cluster that has the flavor and crispy texture of a cookie. The company says the product draws on the brand’s breakfast roots and is also a snack.

“We’re celebrating the joy of two great things coming together,” says Elizabeth Stein, CEO and founder. “We’ve always been the innovator in the breakfast category and by launching Cookie Granola, we are able to grow the category by merging the breakfast and snacking occasion.”

The product is made with 100% whole grains, coconut oil, coconut sugar, organic certified gluten-free oats, oat flour, and coconut flour.

Purely Elizabeth Cookie Granola is available in three flavors: Chocolate Chip Cookie, with dark chocolate chunks and almond butter; Double Chocolate Cookie, with dark chocolate chunks and cocoa powder; and Oatmeal Raisin Cookie with plump organic raisins and creamy almond butter.

“As the #1 selling granola in the natural channel for 5+ years, my hope is to offer people a nostalgic indulgence they can feel good about. We’ve done the hard work by incorporating better-for-you ingredients, making it easy to have a sweet treat snack any time of the day,” says Stein.

The product is certified gluten-free, vegan, and Non-GMO Project verified. Reclosable standup window bags hold 11 ounces of product and carry an SRP of $7.99.

In addition, the company partnering with French cafe & bakery, maman, for the month of January to sample the Cookie Granola line. Customers can get a Cookie Granola Latte and a Cookie Granola-inspired Cookie through the end of the month at maman’s 31 locations nationwide.
