Detroit — Second Nature Brands has named Jacobo Capuano chief supply chain officer, reporting to CEO Victor Mehren. Second Nature Brands’ portfolio of brands includes Kar’s Nuts, Second Nature Snacks, Sanders and Brownie Brittle.
Capuano has 30 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience across several industries, including CPG. Most recently, he served as the COO at TruRoots Co., a private equity backed food and beverage company where he led the end-to-end Supply Chain. Prior to this he held U.S. and international roles with companies including Procter & Gamble, Givaudan Flavours, Clorox, and The Live Kindly Co.
Commenting on the appointment, Mehren says: “Jacobo is a highly regarded values-led leader with a great track record and experience, and we are delighted to welcome him to the team.
