Arlington, VA— SNAC International has added two members to its team, naming Brady O’Brien manager, membership & communications, and Cheryl Bass manager, member experience.

The association says the appointments are part of its efforts to strengthen member engagement, retention, and growth.

Bass joins SNAC International from the International Bottled Water Association, where she worked in member support and member experience. In her new role, she will focus on member engagement, retention, and satisfaction and serve as a resource for SNAC member companies.

“Cheryl’s passion for membership service and building meaningful relationships makes her an outstanding addition to the SNAC team,” says Cindy Kuester, president and CEO of SNAC International. “Her experience and energy will help us further strengthen engagement and ensure our members remain at the center of everything we do.”

O’Brien previously held association roles with the Path to Purchase Institute and the Vermont Retail & Grocers Association. As manager, membership & communications, he will focus on membership growth and outreach across traditional and emerging segments of the snack industry while supporting the association’s communications strategy.

“Brady brings a strong background in association management and a proven track record of connecting organizations with the audiences they serve,” says Kelly Knowles, executive vice-president of SNAC International. “As the snack industry continues to evolve, Brady’s experience will help position SNAC for continued growth and success.”
