Pennsauken, NJ — Michael A. Pollner has joined J&J Snack Foods Corp. as senior vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary. He succeeds Marjorie Roshkoff, who resigned from the general counsel and corporate secretary roles as of March 31. Roshkoff will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors.
Pollner becomes part of the J&J Snack senior leadership team, responsible for managing the company’s legal, regulatory and policy matters. He has more than 20 years of legal and executive leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice-president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary for Knoll, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of furniture and interior products.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Michael to the J&J Snack Foods family,” says Dan Facher, president and CEO. “As an accomplished legal and business advisor, I’m confident that he will be an asset to our team, helping to propel the organization forward. I would also like to thank Marjorie for playing such an instrumental role in the company’s success during her tenure.”
