Thank you for your interest in the Future Leadership Program! Program mentors have the unique opportunity to share their personal and professional experience with a rising leader in the confectionery industry. Mentors are expected to work with their mentee to build a year-long plan that includes structured monthly meetings and attendance and planned activities at all four NCA signature events: Washington Forum, State of the Industry Conference, Leadership Summit and the Sweets & Snacks Expo as well as the annual Candy Hall of Fame.
