NCA’s Future Leadership Program gives the industry’s rising professionals the mentorship, experience, and connections to take the next step. Over the course of the year, Future Leaders work alongside industry peers, learn directly from established leaders, and put their ideas into action through a collaborative class project.

• One-on-one mentorship with regular check-ins focused on your growth 
• A collaborative class project that turns ideas into meaningful industry work 
• An invite and free registration* to NCA and industry signature events 
• Direct access to NCA and industry leaders at confectionery’s most important events 

*Nominees must meet the program’s eligibility requirements and have their employer’s support to participate. NCA covers event registration fees. Participating companies are responsible for travel, lodging, and related expenses.
